Whilst a significant part of our activity is in the education sector, of a lesser volume but of no less significant activity is in the Community Projects sector. Our experience in this sector includes alterations and additions to existing, as well as new construction of churches and church halls. Projects such as these may involve an extra degree of complexity in architectural and structural design eg. the marrying of new to old, roof and window design, and the construction of these elements. Activity in this sector also includes retirement living and in this respect our experience includes retirement village construction, including design and the preparation and management of development applications.
