Pennant Hills Golf Club, Beecroft NSW

Established on the site at the corner of Copland and Pennant Hills Roads as Beecroft Golf Club in May 1906, the fourth oldest Golf Club in Sydney still playing on the same grounds, is set to undergo a major facelift.

Working alongside with ABEO Architects and Pennant Hills Golf Club, The project involved the two storey extension of the existing club house along with the refurbishment of existing areas. The additions include a new Members Entry, Founders bar, male and female amenities and change rooms, a new Cafe, Golf Pro shop, and extensive refurbishment of the Main bar, Function rooms, and Function Amenities

Jaguar & Land Rover: Westfield, Bondi Junction NSW

Reitsma was awarded the construction of the new Jaguar Land Rover showroom at Bondi Junction Westfield. The contract involved the conversion of existing retail premises within Westfield Bondi Junction to a brand new showroom. The flagship development had a short eight-week construction program. The project team worked around the clock to meet the deadline. Reitsma was glad to again be collaborating with Inchcape and Centric Architects.

ARB Corporation, Chipping Norton NSW

Reitsma were engaged for this Design and Construct project to change the use of an existing warehouse to provide a vehicle repair station, new showroom and associated fit-out. Reitsma demolished and rebuilt the showroom in accordance with ARB’s corporate image, and refurbished the existing warehouse and ancillary office. Throughout construction the cient was able to continue operation of the existing warehouse and showroom, by means of a temporary showroom built within the warehouse.

Salvation Army Cafe, Port Kembla NSW

Working with the Salvation Army on a new Cafe in Port Kembla, Reitsma completed the total strip out of the existing premises and fitted out the new premises. The Cafe is now operational, and provides outreach and employment prospects to those in need within the area.
