A graduate in Building, Wes has a broad range of building experience across the commercial building sector. With a history of ensuring satisfactory completion of projects on time and on budget, he is keen to embrace contemporary management methods and systems, as well as maintain a competent, co-ordinated and involved management team for the mutual benefit, present and future, of the Company and its Clients. Wes provides a strong foundation to ensure all of Reitsma's projects delivered meet and quite often exceed clients expectations.

Pieter van Zwieten

Pieter van Zwieten


A graduate in Building, Pieter’s experience is in the commercial and educational building sectors, with emphasis on design and construct projects. Pieter also has a keen focus on the strategic development of the business through developing new relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers along with implementing new technology and systems. Pieter is also responsible in ensuring that Reitsma's pricing and purchasing remains competitive in a demanding market.


Matt van Bentum

Construction Manager

Matt brings over 17 years of construction knowledge to the role, with over 10 years of this time being in construction management. Originally coming from a trade background, Matt has been with Reitsma for over six years starting off as a contract administrator and has progressed through many roles throughout the years; Matt has developed strong relationships with a number of Reitsma’s clients through his leadership and technical skills and is looking to be able to build on these for the future growth of this business. Matt has managed a number of both, our large complex projects and also high paced fit out projects, giving him a broad base of experience.

Aneta Stojanoski

Chief Financial Officer

Aneta is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience working in the construction industry. With an accounting background, Aneta’s experience extends to financial, tax, corporate administration and strategy as well as delivering systems and procedures across the business. Aneta is focused on providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders and to strengthen the financial governance to support the strategic and growth objectives of the business.


Ron Payne

Operations Manager Newcastle

Ron brings over 40 years of construction experience, with over 30 years of this time being in management level positions. With Ron’s experience, leadership and award winning recognition enables our project team in Newcastle to wholeheartedly service invaluable clients, architects, contractors and suppliers which strengthens Reitsma as a whole and to meet the demands of a growing Newcastle. Throughout Ron’s career, He has had the opportunity to work on every type of project both commercial and residential in the priovate and public sector. He has extensively worked on both Design and Construct projects and Hard Dollar contracts. Notable projects are featured below.


Greg Tisdale

Operations Manager RFM

A graduate of building, Greg has progressed from cadet, contracts administrator, project manager through to operations manager. He has a wealth of experience in live site environments and detailed knowledge of the full project life cycle from estimating to project finalisation. This experience places him well to respond and work with the agile nature of the refurbishment, fitout and maintenance areas that ReitsmaRFM predominately work within. Greg has a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement and is responsible for delivering all projects safely, on time, on budget and to the highest quality standard


Charbel Aboumelhem

Estimating Manager

A graduate in Construction Management, Charbel has a keen eye for detail and prides himself in providing competitive and accurate tenders consistently. He focuses on managing and developing the estimating department to ensure the growth and long-term success of Reitsma. Charbel also has a strong focus on value engineering to best meet the needs and objectives of our client. His experience includes projects in sectors such as education, automotive, residential, commerical offices, industrial and community works.


Matthew Frail

EHS Manager

Matt has 23 years' experience in the construction industry. He has a broad experience base being as a licensed electrician, Safety Officer, Project Manager, and quality assurance management. Matt is well equipped to deliver the Environmental, Health and Safety of all our construction sites. Matt has a real focus in developing the safety culture of Reitsma constructions through partnering with all stakeholders in the construction process.
