Founded in 1973, Reitsma is a well-established and reputable commercial building company that has been operating throughout New South Wales. Having offices in Sydney, Newcastle, and Wollongong, allows us to effectively serve a wide range of clients across the region.

Over the years, we have diversified our profile in the commercial sector to included the construction of churches, retail spaces, automotive facilities, aged care, community housing, and educational institutions. Reitsma manages projects valued up to $30m, through the entire lifecycle of the project being from planning/approvals, construction and in some cases maintenance.

Reitsma is currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals who are currently enrolled as third or fourth-year students of Construction Management at a University. The Cadet Program is a paid two-year contract opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience and professional development within a structured program complementing their studies. It consists of 8-month rotations in the key departments of estimating, project delivery and site coordination.
