The all-new Block D, a two-storey specialised Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) building. The project included a covered outdoor learning area (COLA), resurfaced sports courts, and comprehensive landscaping to enhance the staff and students’ learning environment.

This is our third project with Gilroy Catholic College, and we were pleased to collaborate with Stanton Dahl Architects and AREA3 Consulting to deliver this important education project for Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese.

The redevelopment entailed:

1. The demolition of Blocks D and E
2. The construction of a new two-story building, named Block D, which will accommodate specialized science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) classrooms
3. The creation of a covered outdoor learning area (COLA) over one of the current sports courts
4. The resurfacing of two existing sports courts
5. A comprehensive landscaping project aimed at enhancing the play space and addressing the topographical differences on the site.
