Reitsma delivered a cutting-edge, four-story senior school facility for the Australian International Academy (AIA). Marking our third successful collaboration with AIA, this project reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering top-tier educational spaces.

Brought to life in collaboration with PMDL Architecture & Design, the building’s architecture is impressive. The sophisticated exterior stands out with a dynamic mix of premium cladding systems, curved concrete panels, and highly detailed brickwork.

Inside, the facility is equipped with modern amenities designed to inspire both students and staff, including bright GLAs, a modern library, administration suites, and adaptable multipurpose spaces. The transition to the outdoors is seamless, featuring a striking covered colonnade entry that opens up to vibrant, beautifully landscaped grounds.

The striking architectural facade of the new senior building at the Australian International Academy Kellyville is now being unveiled as scaffolding is progressively removed. This milestone reveals a sophisticated design featuring a dynamic mix of cladding systems, curved concrete panels, and intricate brickwork.

Internally, work is advancing at a significant pace. The project’s next phase will commence shortly, focusing on landscaping and external works that will seamlessly integrate the new facility with the existing campus.

The new senior building at the Australian International Academy in Kellyville is progressing well. Bulk and detailed earthworks have recently begun, along with the relocation of existing services and the installation of new ones. In the coming months, the team will complete the remaining earthworks and start constructing the concrete structure, including footings, columns, and blockwork.
