Great to see the completed photos of Stage 1 works at Our Lady Queen of Peace Primary School, Greystanes. An innovative and exciting design by DTA Architects, the project involved demolition of the existing classrooms and construction of a two storey building featuring GLA’s, breakout and creative spaces, genius hubs, library, cafe and external learning street.

The building will provide contemporary methods of learning with technology and touch interfaces, plenty of custom seating and storage joinery, pinboards throughout and happy day booths which add to the student’s overall learning environment. Outside the building includes a number of architectural feature elements, including various cladding systems, skylights, a slide, full-height glazing windows, learning street areas and playground spaces which will connect the existing school to the new junior school development. Great to see another educational project come to life working with our longstanding client – Catholic Education : Diocese of Parramatta.
