Our Sydney RFM team has successfully delivered our second project at MLC School in Burwood. In collaboration with BVN Architecture, the Rowley Street project involved the restoration and refurbishment of an existing building, transforming it into a new administration centre complete with archive storage and office spaces for the school.

The scope of works included replacing the balcony with new timber, full internal and external repainting, new landscaping, kitchen and dining space, and the installation of new carpets throughout. These upgrades support the growing needs of the school community and provide a refreshed and functional space for staff.
