The striking architectural facade of the new senior building at the Australian International Academy Kellyville is now being unveiled as scaffolding is progressively removed. This milestone reveals a sophisticated design featuring a dynamic mix of cladding systems, curved concrete panels, and intricate brickwork.

Internally, work is advancing at a significant pace. The project’s next phase will commence shortly, focusing on landscaping and external works that will seamlessly integrate the new facility with the existing campus.

The new senior building at the Australian International Academy in Kellyville is progressing well. Bulk and detailed earthworks have recently begun, along with the relocation of existing services and the installation of new ones. In the coming months, the team will complete the remaining earthworks and start constructing the concrete structure, including footings, columns, and blockwork. Working with PMDL Architecture & Design, the proposed development consists of a new four storey senior school building with GLAs, library, administration offices, multipurpose spaces, and associated outdoor areas including a covered colonnade entry and landscaped areas.
