The project consisted of the Design and construction of 12 affordable age care homes (Units 1-7 & 8-12), a communal BBQ area and 10 space car park. All the units were constructed from prefabricated timber frames and had a proprietary aluminium external cladding. The internal fit out for each of the single bedroom units comprised of individual kitchens with vinyl floors, carpet to the bedrooms and air conditioning to each living area. Each unit also features its own individual court yard with privacy screens and landscaped gardens. The communal area heralds large pergola with an electric BBQ. Further to this, there is also a community garden and landscaped areas throughout.
