Reitsma completed construction of 41 Self Care dwellings, including roadworks and drainage in an environmentally sensitive bushland setting in the Blue Mountains, NSW. The project was carried out over two stages using a Cost/Management contract incorporating savings provisions. The contract was completed on time and on budget resulting in cost savings to a very happy client.
