As a design and construct contract , Reitsma constructed two blocks of student accommodation. Each dormitory home features 9 bedrooms with ensuite, private study area, student communal living room, lounge, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. The design carefully selected exterior and interior finishes to maintain the authenticity of the heritage liberty arts college but provides modern living facilitates for the present and future students. Construction documentation was completed by PNB Architects.
