Working alongside QOH Architects on each occasion, Reitsma undertook four stages at this school. Stage 1 New administration and classroom blocks incorporating external a fully glazed lift as well as significant site works, landscaping and driveways. Stage 2 Upgrade of hydraulics/stormwater, fire hydrants and the refurbishment of primary classrooms. Stage 3 Multi-purpose Hall (BER Project, negotiated contract). Stage 4 New roadworks and turning circle. The school was pleased to have us back on site to carry out these works because of an established good relationship and our previously demonstrated site management skills. In each of these projects the school continued to operate during construction works. Reitsma’s ability to minimize disruption to the day to day operations of the school, whilst ensuring staff/student safety, was appreciated.
