Designed in collaboration with Bow Goold Architects, this major redevelopment was carefully crafted to support the school’s ongoing growth. The new Hub provides a dynamic, central location for staff and students to interact, collaborate, teach, and learn. The complete scope of work involved demolishing existing structures to make way for a state-of-the-art facility featuring a modern library, versatile breakout and study spaces, upgraded staff facilities, and beautifully integrated external areas. Additional scope included  brand-new pickleball courts, shade structure, and extensive landscaping.

The Covenant community are equally thrilled about the new Learning Hub, with former Board Chair Bel Ritchie sharing: “This building will lay a foundation for the continued growth of a Christ-centred, academically rigorous education at Covenant.”
