MBA Award Winner 2019: Retail Buildings, Refurbishment Renovation/Extension – Up to $15M

Reitsma was awarded the construction of the new Ferrari North Shore in Artarmon shortly after the refurbishment of the McCarrolls Maserati fit out in the same building. The contract involved the conversion of existing corporate premises to a brand new showroom. The development marked the return of Ferrari to the North Shore after 50 years, and is regarded as a flagship showroom for the McCarroll’s Automotive Group. The project involved the installation of a state of the art glass showcase which currently houses a Ferrari 488 GTB with seamless lines and effortless structural support. Reitsma was glad to again be working alongside McCarroll’s and Figgis + Jefferson Tepa Architects.
