It is fantastic to see the completed photos of our team’s latest milestone in Green Point, NSW—the new Administration Building at Green Point Christian College.

Beautifully designed by SHAC Architects, this modern facility provides essential administrative space for faculty while serving as a striking new landmark. Standing proudly along the prominent Avoca Drive, it creates a strong visual identity for the school on the Central Coast.

The project presented unique logistical challenges, situated in the heart of the campus with the majority of school traffic passing alongside the site throughout construction. However, through meticulous planning and close collaboration with the school, our team successfully minimised disruptions to daily operations and peak ‘kiss and drop’ periods.

This new addition includes a visitor reception, student health clinic, executive offices, meeting rooms, and staff amenities. We are proud to be partnering with Principle Project Management and SHAC Architects on yet another exceptional education project.

January 2025 Update

The new administration building at Green Point Christian College is looking incredible! These photos highlight why it’s set to be a standout in modern educational design, combining stunning architecture with functional spaces for the staff, and visitors.

Over the next period, the team will focus on finalising the interior finishes, as well as completing the external footpaths, blockwork, and landscaping.

July 2024 Update

The major pour of the Level one slab was completed last friday at Green Point Christian School in Green Point. The team sucessfully coordinated over 33 trucks delivering the concrete supplied throughout the course of the busy school day. This completes the first floor slab to the schools new administration building.
