MBA Award Winner 2015: Refurbishment / Renovation / Extension, $3,000,001 – $5,000,000

This project required the strip-out of an existing office, and the fit-out and construction of two high-end car showrooms. This also involved major external facade works including a three level car lift, removal and modification of existing structural elements and new glass facades to two of the levels. During construction the business operated on the third level. Effective task scheduling and management were essential in order to deliver the showroom within the three month time frame specified by the client. The tight program presented many challenges with many of the required finishes being supplied from Italy.
