Reitsma completed a new car showroom and service area for Brookvale Mitsubishi. In conjunction with Michael Avramidis Architects and Centric Architects, this Design and Construct project required careful consideration of neighbouring properties and boundaries to reduce any possible impacts to the construction works. Effective planning and procurement was essential throughout this project in order to complete all works in approximately only eighteen working weeks. Works included a new on site detention system, showroom, refurbishment of a service workshop with offices, and a corporate image fit-out.
