The project required the complete refurbishment of both showroom levels for manufacturers BMW and Mini. Upgrades to key services and infrastructure (including the lift) as well as a new facade awning structure were completed. Reitsma was able to achieve extensive demolition works and a high level of quality fit-out whilst North Shore BMW continued operating their business in the building. This was completed with a safe working environment ensured for the client, for Reitsma employees, the design team, and sub-contractors.
