Reitsma constructed the two level structure under very tight access constraints as the building was situated adjacent to the creek and wedged in between existing buildings. The project also involved the construction of a new walkway link along the bush escarpment providing views and access across the miniature forest onto the adjacent playing fields. The project was undertaken in conjunction with MCA Architects and Rooney & Bye Project management.

Technical: The new Science Laboratory and General Learning Area facility were architecturally enhanced with features such as Exposed Concrete Surfaces, Curved Canopy Roofing and Metallic External Cladding.
