Reitsma undertook this Design and Construct project to construct the Pacific Lodge Aged Care Plus Centre within the existing Salvation Army ‘Collaroy Centre’. The residential aged care centre known as Elizabeth Jenkins Place was linked into the new Pacific Lodge building via an elevated walkway. The new Centre consists of fifty private rooms with modern en suites, free-flowing communal areas, such as sun rooms, lounge rooms and television rooms. Works also included basement car parking for 32 vehicles along with various services upgrades to the site.
