Reitsma undertook this Design and Construct project to convert an existing disused multi-unit warehouse to a Volkswagen sales and service dealership. Reitsma met the design challenge to achieve a Volkswagen specific design in the most cost effective manner, by utilising as much of the existing building as possible. The final result complemented the existing structure well, and was achieved by incorporating a Volkswagen specific glass facade and entry portico to the partially demolished building.
