Reitsma completed the Porsche centre redevelopment for Sime Darby Motors in conjunction with Figgis and Jefferson TEPA Architects. The project involved the construction of a new two-storey showroom facility. A new structural steel framed facade was added to the existing building to create a large signage parapet. The internal building was upgraded throughout, including fire services, finishes and lift access as well as a new mezzanine structure to house future offices and administration spaces. The project was situated on Church Street, Parramatta with traffic management and access a real challenge for the project.
