This project was initially planned to be constructed as a single stage, but was progressively broken down into four (4) separate portions to enable partial occupation by the school. It was a challenge to work in and around the occupied school environment, and the client has expressed their gratitude for being able to utilise teaching spaces earlier than expected.

The overall project includes construction of new Hospitality and V.E.T. faculties, and a network of internal carparks, roads and other site infrastructure.
