Reitsma completed the alterations and additions to the existing library and administration facilities at St Spyridon College. The project was a Design and Construct contract working with Michael Avradimidis Architects and PNB Architects, and involved extending the existing timber-framed roof structure and footprint of the building to create a new library area. Alterations and refurbishment works were also undertaken to the wet areas and external spaces of the site.
