Project update – April 2026

The Sydney Major Works team is well into the groundworks after recently wrapping up the demolition of the old multi-franchise dealership.

Over the next few weeks, the crew will push ahead with the service rough-ins, footings, and formwork to hit their next milestone: pouring the main concrete slab.

Project awarded – December 2025

Reitsma is currently constructing the Windsor Multi-Franchise Development in Vineyard! This automotive project involves the demolition of the existing structures to make way for brand new showrooms housing Isuzu, Ford, and Kia. Our scope of work is comprehensive, including full construction, implementing manufacturer brand identity fit-outs and furniture for all three showrooms, along with associated car parking, a carwash facility, and landscaping.
