Our team in Newcastle is thrilled to be the winner of the Newcastle Master Builders 2018 ‘Commercial Projects $3 million – 6 million’ award with our construction involvement at St Pius X High School, Adamstown NSW. Working with the Catholic Schools Office and SHAC Architects, the project saw the demolition of the existing library and now stands a marvellous new multiple purpose learning centre and library. The stunning design by SHAC Architects combines a great combination of high end finishes complete with sandstone cladding, Aramax roofing, large glass facade overlooking new landscaping works, grand timber amphitheatre, modern learning areas and creative spaces. A towering forecourt structure provides covered outdoor congregation space and links to existing and new buildings.  Well done to the Newcastle office for delivering this fantastic project.
