Demolition works are well underway at Buckland Aged Care, Springwood NSW. The project methodology is complex with 10 stages of work to resident rooms and nurse station upgrades. There is also a new dining area, new external areas and refurbishment of an existing heritage cottage. All these works are while residents remain in occupancy during the construction.
