The Sydney RFM team has begun the demolition of the former Boiler House Building to make way for a brand-new resident café and shop. Externally, the team is meticulously reclaiming bricks from the demolition to be reused in the café, ensuring cost efficiency while preserving the heritage and aesthetics of the Buckland’s estate.

Internally, significant progress has been made with the reconfiguration work. The flooring, ceiling, and walls have been stripped out, and the team is now preparing to demolish several walls to create an open space for the new café and shop.
