The team at King Living Balgowlah has made fantastic progress since our last update in November 2024. The new flagship store is starting to take shape, with precast concrete panels now going up. Be sure to check out the King Living logo detail on the northern side of the site!

In addition, the final concrete pour for the ground floor suspended deck has been successfully completed, which includes the access driveway, car park and ground floor showroom area.

In the coming weeks, the team will be gearing up for the next major milestone: the concrete pour for the first floor of the King Living store and then on to structural steel installation. Stay tuned for more updates!
