Our Newcastle team of Jamie Gavin, Michael May, Lee Fox and Arin Pandermann are nearing completion on our $8 million Stage 1 re-development of St Mary’s Catholic College, Gateshead.

The project, initially to be constructed as a single stage, was progressively broken down into four (4) separable portions, to enable partial occupation by the school. Whilst it has been challenging to work in and around the occupied school environment, the client has expressed their gratitude in providing teaching spaces earlier than expected.

The overall project includes construction of new Hospitality and VET faculties, and a network of internal carparks, roads and other site infrastructure.
